A.V.A. Ballet Theatre Summer Dance Camp

Guest Instructor Madeline Bay

A.V.A. Ballet Theatre will be holding its annual summer dance camp June 24– June 28, 2019. This dance camp is designed for students age 8 years of age and older who have had previous ballet training. The dance camp includes instruction in ballet and pointe variations.

The guest instructor is Madeline Bay. She has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Ballet degree from the University of Utah and currently dances with Ballet Idaho.

Classes are held Monday through Friday at the Nevada Dance Academy 1790 West 4^th Street Reno, Nevada. The morning session is for students 8-10 years of age and includes ballet technique. Students ages 11 to 14 will learn ballet technique and choreography. The afternoon session is for advanced students and includes ballet technique and pointe/variations.

Monday June 24th through Friday June 28th

10:00am – 11:30am – Level I 8-10 years of age

Noon – 2:00pm – Level II 11-14 years of age

2:15pm – 5:15pm – Level III 15+ years of age

Level I session $150

Level II session $190

Level III session $290

A single drop-in fee is $65 and only available for the senior/advanced dancers (Level II)

$100 deposit due by Monday May 1^st

Full payment due by Wednesday May15th
